After-School Club Bookings
- Xplore! after-school club bookings can be made for between 4 to 10 weeks. Content will be discussed at the time of booking.
- Bookings and payments will be managed through Xplore’s online booking system or via invoice to the school, based on the agreed format of the booking as agreed.
- All bookings are made for the whole course of sessions, regardless of how many sessions are attended. Clubs are subject to a minimum of 10 participants and are capped at 30. Clubs with 16 or more participants will be run with two members of Xplore! staff.
- Where a session or course of sessions is cancelled, refunds will not be given. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling of single sessions; this is at the discretion of the bookings and admin coordinator.
Exclusions to this include:
- Exceptional circumstances where Xplore! is no longer able to fulfil the booking as agreed. This will be communicated as early as possible.
- Adverse weather conditions (this is applied at the discretion of the bookings and admin coordinator)
- Other unforeseen circumstances (this is applied at the discretion of the bookings and admin coordinator)
