Thank you for booking our Xplore! Nature Holiday Club sessions for the summer holidays. Please ensure you read the kit list before bringing your young person, and note that a medical form must be completed and emailed back to us at nature@xplorescience.co.uk before your session.
If you need a word version of the Medical Consent form, please email us at nature@xplorescience.co.uk and we’ll send one out to you.
If you are unable to fill in a medical form online, one will be available on the day of your visit. Unfortunately, young people will not be able to take part without a completed form.
