General Admission gives you access to Xplore! Science Discovery Centre in Wrexham, including hands-on exhibits, a live science show and a journey through space in our Planetarium.

Step inside and journey through space, explore the night sky and see the universe from a whole new perspective, all as part of your day out.
Planetarium sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day, so we recommend arriving in plenty of time if it is high on your list.
Our current Planetarium show is: The Wonderous World of Saturn. – 150 years ago, during the Year of Wonder, Saturn’s Great White Spot was discovered. Saturn has been amazing us for centuries with its incredible rings and varied moons. Join us to find out more about this awesome planet in The Wonderous World of Saturn show.
Good to know – Planetarium:
- Seating in the Planetarium is a mix of cinema-style seats and floor seating. Cinema-style seats are prioritised for adults.
- Prams cannot go into the Planetarium. Please leave them in the designated waiting area.
- Please arrive on time for your Planetarium Show. Late entry is not possible once the show has started.
- Shows may include flashing lights, strobe effects and immersive motion.
- There are two wheelchair spaces per show.
Know before you book:
- Choose an arrival slot from 9.30 am and stay as long as you like.
- Last entry is at 2.30 pm. The centre closes at 4.30 pm.
- Please book at least one adult ticket with any under 3s.
- Planetarium tickets are not included in your Annual Pass
