Following on from the success of 2021’s hugely popular event, Xplore! Science Discovery Centre and Tŷ Pawb are teaming up to bring a scientific extravaganza of wild and wonderful family friendly activities, demonstrations, and interactive performances.
The jam-packed, 2-day programme will include robots, bubbles, slime, paint-making, plus the return of the Exploding Custard Show!
As well as our timetable Xplore! is delighted to be able to announce the sponsors for this year’s event. Principality Building Society will be sponsoring Saturday 6th at Xplore! and Lyan Packaging will be sponsoring Sunday 7th at Xplore! Together they are helping us to put on a raft of activities including The Particle Smashing show, The Platinum Show, LEGO coding workshops and much more.
We are also delighted to announce that Magellan Aerospace is sponsoring our brand-new Stardome on the Sunday. The dome, which will be in Tŷ Pawb, will allow everyone to fly through the heavens. Gatewen Training Services is sponsoring our Simulator for the weekend allowing anybody who has ever dreamed of driving a giant vehicle a chance to have a go.
Joining the fun will be Altimex who are sponsoring Xplore’s exhibition floor for the weekend, with over 80 exhibits covering all areas of science the exhibits at Xplore! are the place for free roaming exploration over the weekend.
We are spilling out from Xplore! and Tŷ Pawb over the weekend with activities taking place in Yellow and Blue and on the Old Hippodrome site.
