Darganfod 2022 is in the books and honestly it was a fantastic weekend. Together Xplore! and T\u0177 Pawb brought science and art to the streets of Wrexham. It was hard work but we couldn\u2019t have done it without the help and support of many people.<\/p>\n
Firstly, thank you to our sponsors and funders who gave generously to allow us to run the festival at all. Thanks to Principality Building Society, Lyan Packaging, Gatewen Training Services, Altimex and Magellan Aerospace for your sponsorship of the event it was much appreciated and made the event possible. Funding was also provided by Wrexham Borough Council and Arts Council Wales who helped in many ways.<\/p>\n
Secondly a thanks goes to all the providers of activities, shows and workshops. Without you there would be no Darganfod, you brought exploding custard, the Large Hadron Collider, robots, LEGO, bugs, platinum, Newton\u2019s apple tree and the wonders of the human senses with you. Thank you for all you did in making the event run smoothly.<\/p>\n
And finally a massive thank you to everyone who attended the event. Without your support Darganfod would not exist in the city of Wrexham. We have loved meeting you all and providing a chance for everyone to engage with science.<\/p>\n
